Inulin –the root of all that is good

The inulin in FibreWater works
In December 2014, the European Food Safety Authority, EFSA, approved the scientific documentation of health claims related to Orafti® chicory inulin. The EFSA rubber-stamped the correlation between the intake of 12 g Orafti® chicory inulin and normal intestinal function.
The studies conducted showed evidence of the effect and thus the following health claim could be approved for marketing purposes:
"Chicory inulin contributes to normal intestinal function via more frequent bowel movements".
To achieve the claimed effect of maintaining and strengthening intestinal function, the daily intake must be 12 g of Orafti® chicory inulin.

FibreWater is a shortcut to dietary fibre. But not the only way. You cannot get too much dietary fibre, but remember to drink water as well.

Actually, I think that I eat sensibly ... a good varied diet with lots of greens. I tried FibreWater before Christmas and was surprised with the result, and especially at how quickly it works.
